Strides 360™ is a workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you charge through mom life. Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave them at home and turn the focus on YOU.

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time! This will be a virtual session. During your session, you will have access to a private Facebook group, a personal coach, and a virtual library for nutrition and wellness tips. You will be issued a pass for 3 free classes so you can drop into any of our stroller-based classes for cross training and to meet some local mamas! After Baby's arrival, you'll also receive a one week pass to try out our stroller-based classes to find the one that's the best fit for you and your little one. Congratulations, Mama! We can't wait to meet you!

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Have you ever thought about becoming a runner? Maybe you're a runner who wants to increase their speed? No matter what your running goals are, our Run Club will help you reach them. This is an immersive, customizable training plan with individual coaching. All of our runs are stroller-friendly. You will have the option to train for a 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance.
This course includes:

  • 2 guided runs per week, during the session
  • Individualized training plans
  • Pre- and post-run fueling guidance
  • Weekly motivational and informational emails
  • Online and in-person group accountability and guidance
  • Personal coaching
This course does not include:
  • Race Registration
