Body Well Mini (4-week) session

Body Well® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms. Whether they just had a baby or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help any mom feel confident and healthy in her body through overall fitness and wellness. Most importantly, it will help moms unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. This is a 4-week mini session! The session will include 2 HIIT classes per week, food journal guidance, personal training, and group accountability.
