It includes the same methods of entertaining your littles that's included in Stroller Strides, so you'll both have an hour well spent.

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. This workout can be done with or without your little ones present in a stroller.

Body Well™ is an 8-week challenge designed for you to meet your own wellness goals. We meet mothers where they are in their individual chapter of motherhood, creating long-lasting healthy habits, inside and out. We will focus on improving maternal health, both physical and mental, with a community of other mamas to support you every step of the way. And we cannot wait to meet you.

Our group runs and clinic classes are guided by our certified Run Club Coach and supported by a crew of running moms just like you. You are welcome to run solo or to bring your stroller.

FIT4BABY® is a prenatal fitness and wellness class designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body.

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Have you ever thought about becoming a runner? Maybe you're a runner who wants to increase their speed? No matter what your running goals are, our Run Club will help you reach them. This is an immersive, customizable training plan with individual coaching. All of our runs are stroller-friendly. You will have the option to train for a 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance.
This course includes:

  • 2 guided runs per week, during the session
  • Individualized training plans
  • Pre- and post-run fueling guidance
  • Weekly motivational and informational emails
  • Online and in-person group accountability and guidance
  • Personal coaching
This course does not include:
  • Race Registration

Family and Stroller Friendly, Saturday morning run/walk. During a full session, these runs coincide with the distance that the Club is running. If you just want to drop-in and are not part of the session, you get to pick your distance! No running experience necessary.
