FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document her pregnancy journey. The workouts will build Mom's mental and physical endurance, strengthen her body, and prepare her for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Strides 360 promises a heart­ pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through life! Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. A great compliment to our strength training programs!

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and begging for more! Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you move and feel better- the perfect compliment to any cardio workout or activity you currently enjoy!

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Body BOOST® is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This 60 minute class is just for you and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. We will meet twice per week for group runs along with cross training workouts, and we run rain or shine.

Drop into a run with us! Distance varies on long run days, but you're always welcome to run with us, Mama!

This class is a free Fit4Baby prenatal workout and Q&A, hosted by the Wells Branch Library. This will be at 5:30pm on Thursday, September 1st. Tickets can be found on Eventbrite through the library.
