Mommy and Not Me
The 1st Thursday of every month we will host a free prenatal focused fitness class called FIT4BABY®. All other Thursday evenings we will host low-impact fitness classes. Sometimes just strength, sometimes including cardio. These classes are for everyone and are always prenatal friendly.

Strides 360 promises a heart pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through life! Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. A great compliment to our strength training programs!
moreBody Ignite
Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and begging for more! Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you move and feel better- the perfect compliment to any cardio workout or activity you currently enjoy!

Body Boost (HIIT)
Body BOOST® is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This 60 minute class is just for you and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.
moreRun Club+ Endurance Training Program (5K, 10K, or Half Marathon)
This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. We will meet twice per week for group runs along with cross training workouts, and we run rain or shine.
moreRun Club Drop-In Runs
Drop into a run with us! Distance varies on long run days, but you're always welcome to run with us, Mama!
moreSpecial Event Class
This, mamas, is the event to be at this month. FIT4MOM Pflugerville's Mother's Day Celebration! Each FIT4MOM Pflugerville instructor will teach a station and we'll be ready to PARTY! Coffee and treats will be provided. We'll also have raffle prizes, vendors, crafts for the littles, and a Photo Booth! This is a free class, open to everyone! This is an opportunity to celebrate YOU and all that you do, Mama! Every age and stage of motherhood is welcome, come meet some new moms and kiddos!
